Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information. ONYX DEEN is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details or unsuccessful contact attempts.

Orders may be cancelled if a product is unavailable, customer information cannot be confirmed, or a pricing or technical error occurs. Any prepaid cancelled order will be refunded.

Delivery, returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, without affecting customers’ rights under UAE law.
